2025 Prep Enrolment
We will commence taking enrolments in term 2 from families within our catchment area for Prep 2025. Our website contains details of enrolment paperwork and a link to the catchment area maps.
Our Prep Parent Information evening will be held on Tuesday 16 July at 6.30pm in the school library. We welcome all parents along to this event.

The application for student enrolment (PDF, 336KB), enrolment agreement forms (PDF, 508KB) and the state school consent form (PDF, 284KB) are required to be completed and submitted upon enrolment.
Please note that all schools have a catchment area. An enrolment management plan exists when this catchment area is enforced. As of December 2011, the Oakleigh State School Enrolment Management Plan has been gazetted and is now enforceable by the Principal. View a copy of our enrolment management plan.

Prep 2025 Waiting List - Opens 8am 22 April 2024
On 22 April at 8am we will open up our 'out of catchment' online waitlist for Prep 2025. This list is for any families who live outside of our catchment area and are wanting to enrol their child in Prep at Oakleigh State School in 2025.
It is only a waitlist, and no enrolment forms are required to be completed until an offer of enrolment is made.
If you live outside our catchment area, but already have other children currently attending Oakleigh (and staying on in 2025) you will be exempt from our enrolment management policy and have automatic entry. If you are unsure of the catchment area, please click on the edmap.
Registration for the waitlist will occur online using this link, and data is able to pre-filled now before submitting this online from 8am onwards on the morning of Monday 22 April. The online booking system will provide applicants with the position in which the application is received. This is the order that they will offered if we open our out of catchment list for 2025.
