Currently, the only device allowed in the Oakleigh State School BYOD program is the Apple iPad.
Oakleigh State School understands that every one of our families is different and that their financial access to a set device may differ. Therefore, we allow students to use any iPad (apart from iPad Mini) that can utilise the latest operating system (iPadOS) and support the installation of the most recent applications. As all devices must be subject to the filtering of our internet system, we do not accept cellular models with a SIM card installed. Our current recommended models are the iPad 9th and iPad 10th Generation. These models can be purchased from any supplier.
