Oakleigh State School has 2 choirs that rehearse before school in the music room (in C block).
Senior Choir, year 4,5 and 6 rehearse on Thursdays from 8.00 - 8.30am.
Junior Choir, years 1,2 and 3, rehearse on Tuesdays from 8.00-8.30am.
We are very fortunate to have our Music teacher Mr Ruben Wilkinson as our Choral Conductor. Ruben has a passion for teaching children music and has an engaging and entertaining approach to bringing the musical best out of our students.
